Named after Cato Alexander, the world’s first celebrated bartender. Set across three distinct spaces, the venue moves from the House of Julep — a New York–style tavern celebrating the iconic Mint Julep, crafted with mint and herbs grown in-house — to the basement bar, cato, where colour has flavour: seven colours, fourteen cocktails, and a menu built entirely on British terroir, exploring global flavours through a distinctly local lens using modern techniques and familiar ingredients. Within cato sits The Study, an intimate wrap-around bar and creative laboratory where ten guests sit at the centre of the action, watching experimentation unfold and cocktail culture come to life in real time.
