Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Assistant General Manager to join our award-winning team. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and leading a passionate team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership: Assist in managing daily operations, ensuring adherence to company standards and policies.
  • Team Development: Recruit, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding service and maintain high morale.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure every guest receives a memorable and personalised experience, addressing feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Financial Management: Monitor budgets, control costs, and implement strategies to maximise profitability without compromising quality.
  • Menu Collaboration: Work closely with the culinary team to curate seasonal menus that highlight Northumberland's finest produce.
  • Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations, licensing laws, and company policies.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.

About You:
The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising premium, fresh-food restaurants or food-led pubs, demonstrating a passion for first-class service and a natural affinity for hospitality. You will possess strong leadership skills, financial acumen, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
