You might be an experienced Sous Chef looking for your first step up or an experienced Head Chef or Kitchen Manager looking for your next role. We want someone who takes real pride in what they're serving and the team they're leading.
The successful applicant will have extensive experience of managing day-to-day kitchen operations of a similar restaurant or gastropub/brasserie concept, knowledge of classical and modern cooking techniques and a creative take on menu design. They will possess the personality traits and skills needed to deliver both an outstanding guest experience and lead a happy, effective, and well-trained team.
We’re looking for a self-proclaimed ‘foodie’. Able to thrive in high pressure environments, be open to learning different cuisines and techniques and be excited about leading menu design and development. They will be liaising with suppliers directly to ensure you have the best produce possible to deliver an exceptional yet profitable menu.

Job Role:
- Manage and take accountability for all aspects of the Kitchen
- Maintain GP and site stock holding/inventory
- Recruit, train and retain your team
- Deliver an exceptional and consistent guest experience
- Create and develop menus, ensuring variety, seasonality and quality
- Create menus, Choose and liaise with suppliers, introduce new ways of working
- Maximise profitability at every level of the business whilst maintaining high standards
- Ensure full adherence to all food safety, fire, and H&S procedures
- Implement company processes and systems
