We are always on the lookout for new and interesting sites to expand our portfolio of unique venues.

What we are looking for:

Sites with a minimum size of 2,500 sq ft
Up & coming in emerging areas with strong demographics
Located in Suburban areas, City Centres and Northern Market Towns
Space for 100 + covers in our restaurant, 30+ cover bar areas and external seating
Conversion from other uses, such as Banks and retail units
