Adam and Eve to host second tasting experience: Ad Gefrin

After the resounding success of their debut tasting event, Adam and Eve is thrilled to announce their next, featuring Ad Gefrin.

The first bottling of Ad Gefrin's English whisky, Tácnbora.

Ad Gefrin, a local Northumberland distillery and soon-to-be neighbour of Bart & Taylor’s latest announcement, Darcy’s of Wooler, focuses on celebrating the unique heritage, ancient hospitality, and contemporary crafts, arts, and produce of Northumberland, re-awakening the Northumbrian tradition for whisky distilling that has slept for over 200 years. Showcasing their first whisky blend Tácnbora, meaning standard bearer in Old English, Ad Gefrin invites guests to embark on a journey of flavour and discovery.

The experiential tasting evening will be held on Thursday, 25th of April from 6:30pm, where guests will indulge in a five-course tasting menu accompanied by three signature cocktails. They will also have the opportunity to discover the unique expressions of the delicious range of Ad Gefrin's Tácnbora Whisky, Thirlings Dry Gin, and Flýte Whisky Cream Liqueur, hosted by Jordan Rutherford.

The tasting menu has been curated by Head Chef, Chris Reygate, with each course thoughtfully designed to harmonise and compliment Ad Gefrin’s range and highlighting the rich flavours of Northumberland produce.
